Meditation for emotional Intelligence / EQ Coaching
Sessions includes personality assessment; techniques for increasing self awareness, communication guidelines, exercises to identify triggers, personalized check-in strategies, and meditations to increase positive mental states such as empathy and joy.
Meditation for Anxiety and/or Depression
Some meditations can exacerbate feelings of anxiety and depression. Sessions include individually crafted meditations that are tailored to your experience and needs.
Classic MEDITATION COACHING
Begin your practice or go deeper. If you're new to meditation, consider THE ESSENTIALS OF MEDITATION.. This 4-part series is offered publicly twice a year, or one-on-one by appointment. Includes systematic instruction in focus, awareness, and compassion practices; personalized posture tips; recorded meditations; and selected readings.
