There's a lot of information floating around out there. Come learn what meditation is and isn't, and why one size doesn't fit all. Plus, detailed tips on posture.
SUNDAY, JAN. 29, 6-7:30 p.m. FOCUS & AWARENESS
Focus and awareness are two separate skills. Learn the difference and the benefits. And explore techniques that feel natural instead of forced.
SUNDAY, FEB 5, 2-3:30 p.m. SELF COMPASSION
Soften and strengthen the heart through practices that increase self-kindness, awareness, and fortitude.
SUNDAY, FEB. 12, 2:00-3:30 p.m. COMPASSION FOR OTHERS
In our last class we'll work with beautiful, transformative practices to connect meaningfully with others, without loosing ourselves in the process.
