You asked and asked, and here it is! 

Anxiety is a tricky and sticky — and we all have it at some point.  This class will explore which meditations soothe and which meditation might exacerbate anxiety. We will also explore learn ways to cognitively reframe anxiety, thus expanding our perspective while nurturing the heart.
