Featuring a special somatic-experiencing exercise with Dharma teacher and Somatic Practitioner® Kathy Cherry to help regulate the nervous system plus Holiday-themed sketch comedy with comedians Neil D'Astolfo and Isabel Renner!

After the event, mingle and browse a curated selection of discounted Dharma gifts and books while our resident musician Rob Ward delights us with ambient viola (online participants are warmly invited to stay for the music!).
