• Personal Meditation Practice — Daily Meditations to Integrate the Curriculum (30 - 45 minutes daily)
• Weekly Homework — Select Readings; Class Review; Reflections; Teaching Practice. (Approximately 60 - 90 mins per week)

Week 2: Foundational Buddhist Tenants, Buddhist Schools, First and Second Foundations of Mindfulness
Week 3: Working with the Nervous System, Third Foundation of Mindfulness, Introduction to Loving-Kindness
Week 4: Questions of Appropriation and Suitability, Fourth Foundation of Mindfulness, Loving-Kindness Continued
Week 5: Final Teaching Assessment, Ethical Responsibilities and Other Practicalities of Teaching Meditation, Integration
